How We Work

At Space Camp, we offer smart, efficient organizing grounded in common sense, skill, and empathy — never judgment. Our pricing is transparent, and our process is designed to make organizing feel manageable, productive, and calm.

Our Team Approach

Instead of a senior organizer and an assistant, you get two senior organizers working together.

We work in focused team sessions so you can see meaningful progress without feeling overwhelmed. This allows us to move quickly while helping you make decisions, create simple systems, and transform your space in a way that is easy to maintain.

For larger projects, we may recommend adding assistant organizers to help maximize progress within your timeline.

Standard Session Rate

$75 per hour, per organizer
All sessions include two organizers working together as for efficiency and speed.

4-Hour Session - 2 organizers | 8 total organizing hours | $600

5-Hour Session - 2 organizers | 10 total organizing hours | $750

Full-Day Session - 2 organizers | 7.5 hours of organizing, plus a short break | $1,125 (We will be in your home for approximately 8 hours.)

What’s Included

Your session includes consultation, planning, hands-on organizing, simple system creation, labeling, and donation guidance when needed.

Our goal is to leave you with a space that looks better, functions better, and feels easier to maintain.

Not Included: Product Sourcing & Accessories

When bins, baskets, labels, or organizing accessories are needed, we can help source the right products for your space. We charge a $100 product sourcing fee to recommend, purchase, and return accessories as needed. Whenever possible, we pass along available trade discounts, including discounts from The Container Store, where we typically receive 25–30% off most items.
